Five steps the Reluctant leader can do to reduce their stress and pressure

Settle in as a learner

Decide and accept that you do not know everything (btw no body does) and become a learner from the successes and failures of the endeavor you are leading.

Transfer

Delegate what you are not DNA’d (designed naturally to achieve) to competent team members. If you are a one-person team, then reach out to others.

Establish an “R & D” department

Find a team of people (3 or 5) that will be the “Responsibility and Direction” team. They will detail the functions that need to happen for success.

Position

 

Place yourself in subjection to a clear and compelling purpose and vision directive and allow it to carry the weight of the endeavor.

Satisfy

 

Satisfy your GPA (gifts, passions, and abilities) as you lead.
