There are two primary task that every leader must accomplish prior to their people catching the vision of the future. These two task must be maintained for their people to remain committed to the vision.

1.) Every leader must be a trustable person. Those that follow you do so primarily because they trust you. It is after they trust you that they believe and commitment themselves to your vision. Be a Trustable leader!

2.) Every leader must come to the position of leader with great Optimism for the vision and endeavor. Without optimism there is no reason to commit to the work and energy that it takes to fulfill the vision. The leader must create a vision taht they are 100% enthusiastic and filled with optimism about.
