Leaders must develop a Trust culture
Where trust is low, production and time cost are high and communication is misunderstood. Conflict grows when trust is low. This is why leaders must develop a trust culture.
Developing a trust culture begins with the leader saying as simply what they expect of everyone. The more complicated the statements the less they will be understood. The more they are misunderstood the high frustration and conflict will grow. As conflict and frustration grows the cost of production increases as well.
The leader that infuses their culture with genuine enthusiasm along with a positive outlook on the future will grow a culture of trust. Telling your people to trust is not enough; you must trust people to grow trust.
As a culture of trust grows production and time cost will decrease. As you develop trust as a culture conflict between people on your team will decrease.
Be Trustable and your people will follow.
