The endeavor that you have set out to accomplish is a worth task that is energized by high values, honor, and integrity. Do not allow it to be manipulated by your whims and moods.

If you are not careful your own whims and moods with highjack and hold hostage your great endeavor. The only way to prevent this from happening is to stay focused on your “PFE” (purpose for existing). Write it down, say it often, post it in many places. Your PFE is your due north!

Your whims and moods are sinister and can not for relied on to accomplish your endeavors PFE. Revisit your original purpose often and ask the following three questions.

1. Is my PFE still honorable and noble?
2. Is my endeavor staying true to its PFE?
3. Am I the person I ought to be to lead such an endeavor?

When the answer to question one is a resounding YES, then the answers to questions 2 and 3 will always be to adjust towards number one.
